This is a static reference site. It has no accounts and no forms, and it never asks for your name, email or flight details. The calculator runs entirely in your browser.

What loads when you open a page
The text, stylesheet, fonts, images and video are served from this site’s own domain through Cloudflare, our host. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect the site. Three third-party services also load:
- Google Analytics counts visits and a few anonymous events: an outbound click to a claims service, a finished calculator (with the verdict and amount shown, never your answers about your flight), and reading past half a page. It sets first-party cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) that tell one browser from another. It is not given your name or email. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. - Cloudflare Zaraz is the tag manager that sends page views to Google Analytics from Cloudflare’s servers.
- Google News serves the optional “add as a preferred source” button.
When you click a claims-service link
Links to AirHelp and Compensair go through the Travelpayouts affiliate network (tpk.lu), which records the click and may set a cookie so the service can credit this site if you use it. Once you arrive on their sites, their privacy policies apply. See the affiliate disclosure.
What we do not do
- No accounts, newsletters, comment forms or contact forms.
- No advertising networks, and no selling or sharing of data with anyone beyond the services named above.
- Our own code sets no cookies.
Your choices
Blocking third-party scripts or cookies in your browser does not break anything here. The calculator, the letters and every page work without Google Analytics.
